WhyDRS provides info to protect your assets and improve understanding of what structural improvements are possible.
The WhyDRS Database includes thousands of U.S. public securities, and parses SEC files daily combined with community sourced records. The WhyDRS Database is open-source and all data is freely available - including guides for over 150 brokers from countries around the world, ensuring that investors seeking custodial control of their assets know the quickest and cheapest way to do so.
A New Approach to Non-Profit
WhyDRS is the first DUNA in America. A DUNA, or Decentralized Unincorporated Nonprofit Association, is a new entity type formalized by Wyoming law. The DUNA structure allows the asynchronous collective of investors around the world to each participate and shape the decision making process. WhyDRS is open source and membership is opt-in at any time.
Expect More from Regulators
U.S. markets are regulated by the Securities and Exchange Commission, which has a mandate to review and publish all public comments and petitions it recieves. Historially, large financial incumbents have submitted the majority of comments. WhyDRS has built tutorials in order to ensure all investors can take advantage of the SEC's submission structure.
